That's My Girl

This is from my 22 week ultrasound.  The ultrasound tech was new with the particular machine and baby girl was not helping by holding still so the pictures we got to bring home were slightly disappointing.  This one is the best by far.  I have an active and rambunctiousness babe.  The baby still looks like she is a she and the doctor told me that all of the baby's anatomy looks normal.
I did go to water aerobics last week and it was awesome!  It felt so good once I got over feeling like a fool.  Everyone, especially pregos, should go to water aerobics.  Leave your pride at the door and jump on in.  For the whole rest of the day I had very little if any body aches and I had so much more energy.  Totally worth my 3 dollars and 1 hour.

A Little Update

I haven't posted in a long time!  I thought I would jump on for a quick update.  Dave and I have been doing some fun things I just haven't gotten around to posting about them lately.  I think that I am done working now (pending some final communication with my boss) so I will try to get around to posting soon.

Life Update Smorgasbord:

  • I am now 27 weeks pregnant (final week of trimester 2!!!)
  • Dave crashed while mountain-biking yesterday so we got to go to the ER to see if his wrist was broken.  No broken bones, just some messed up ligaments and bruising.
  • Dave's job is boring so he applies for new jobs when ever we come across them.  He is very hopeful about one that he recently applied for...we shall see.
  • I am planning on becoming a regular water aerobics attendee starting tomorrow morning in an effort to stay in better shape till little one makes her debut into the world. (I'll be sure to post how that goes)
  • Dave is trying to prepare for special forces selection but he keeps hurting himself......
  • I have decided that I want to go to nursing school, someday.  Baby girl and Dave's SF training may make that be awhile down the road so for now I will just try not to change my mind about it.
  • I finished my A-EMT class and passed my state test (first try).
  • No name picked yet for baby girl. I am really not that worried about it right now.  I plan to go to the hospital with a list of likes and pick one once I get to see her.
  • I have applied for graduation from Snow College.
  • We are STILL living with my mom.  It's a really good thing as far as the bank account is concerned and we are grateful to be here for many other reasons too.  I just want to set up my crib and stop paying for the storage unit.
  • My belly button is starting to pop out.
I'm not going to try to top that last one. Maybe next week, at the start of the 3rd trimester, I will start posting weekly "belly" pics...?
